If you would like your guests to experience the full Palace Coffee Experience, bring them to us! We would love to host our next gathering in either of our locations.
Our Palace Room is located the back of our Canyon Shop. This room is great for smaller events and can comfortably hold around 50 people. Rates for this room are:
- $75 per hour during daytime hours (before 5pm all days)
- $100 per hour during weekday evenings (after 5pm Mon-Thurs)
- $150 per hour during weekend evenings (after 5pm Fri-Sat)
Want Palace all to yourself? No problem! Prices for this option are as follows:
- Canyon or Downtown location: $150 per hour AFTER normal business hours*
- Canyon or Downtown location: $250 per hour DURING normal business hours*
- Summit location: Rates vary, email us for a quote!
*Check each location page for business hours
Please note that if you choose the option in which we close our shop early for your event, you will be responsible to pay the $250 per hour for each remaining hour of business. We do not offer the option to rent out the space for a chunk of time in the middle of the day with the option to re-open after an event. For instance, if we normally close at 9pm and you want your event to be from 5-7pm, you will pay for the space from 5-9pm.
