If you would like your guests to experience the full Palace Coffee Experience, bring them to us! We would love to host our next gathering in either of our locations.
Our Palace Room is located the back of our Canyon Shop. This room is great for smaller events and can comfortably hold around 50 people. Rates for this room are:
- $75 per hour during daytime hours (All Days, through 5pm)
- $100 per hour during weekday evenings (Monday-Thursday 5pm-9pm)
- $150 per hour during weekend evenings (Fridays and Saturdays 5pm-11pm)
Either Palace location can be rented out in its entirety as well. Prices for this option are as follows:
- Canyon location: $150 per hour after normal business hours (Sunday after 5pm, Monday-Thursday after 9pm)
- Canyon location: $250 per hour during normal business hours
- Amarillo location: $150 per hour after normal business hours (Monday-Thursday after 7pm, Friday and Saturday after 9pm)
- Amarillo location: $250 per hour during normal business hours
Please note that if you choose the option in which we close our shop early for your event, you will be responsible to pay the $250 per hour for each remaining hour of business. We do not offer the option to rent out the space for a chunk of time in the middle of the day with the option to re-open after an event. For instance, if we normally close at 9pm and you want your event to be from 5-7pm, you will pay for the space from 5-9pm.
